White-label

Show the builder under your agency's name, logo and icon in the WordPress admin, the editor, the Plugins list and the AI connection.

On this page

Agency. Without an Agency licence the settings are visible but locked, with an Agency badge.

White-label shows the builder under your agency's name. Your clients see your name, logo and icon wherever they would otherwise see Uncoder: in the WordPress menu, the admin screens, the editor, the Edit with … links, the Plugins list and the AI connection. Visitors of the site never see the builder's name, with or without white-label.

You set it up per site under Uncoder → Settings → White-label.

Set up your brand

  1. Open White-label

Go to Uncoder → Settings and click White-label in the list on the left.

  2. Enter your name and images

Fill in the settings below. You need at least a Name, a Logo or an Icon for white-label to be on.

  3. Choose what clients see

Turn on Hide Uncoder links and Only me if you want them (see below).

  4. Save

Click Save. The page reloads with your brand, and the card shows an On badge.

Where your brand shows

  • The Uncoder menu in the WordPress sidebar, with your name and icon, and the titles of its screens.
  • The bar at the top of every admin screen: your logo, or your icon and name.
  • Every mention of the builder in the admin screens and the editor, for example Edit with Uncoder becomes Edit with your name, in the Pages list, the WordPress editor and the toolbar on the site.
  • The editor's menu button and the loading screens.
  • The page template Uncoder Canvas (no header/footer), under your name.
  • The Plugins screen: the plugin's name, author and website, and the update details.
  • The suggested text for your privacy policy page.
  • The AI connection: the name and icon an AI app shows for the connection, its website, the instructions and the tool descriptions the app reads, and the sign-in screen when an app connects.

With Hide Uncoder links on, the admin bar has no What's new, changelog or Docs links, the help menu keeps only System info, and the Plugins screen shows no links to uncoderbuilder.com or GitHub.

Only me

With Only me on, these parts are shown only to you, the administrator who saved the setting:

  • Settings → Licence, Settings → White-label and Settings → Client handoff
  • Uncoder → Starter Sites and Make it yours
  • the reports and report branding on Uncoder → Page Checks

Other administrators, such as your client, do not see them. The cloud library is then available only to you and to the people with full access in Client handoff.

If your account is deleted or is no longer an administrator, Only me stops applying, so nobody is locked out of the settings.

Note

White-label changes what people see in WordPress. It does not hide the plugin's files: anyone who can manage plugins can still see what is installed.

Turn white-label off

Click Turn off white-label. Your name, logo, icon and website are cleared, Hide Uncoder links and Only me are turned off, and the page reloads with the Uncoder name.

When the Agency licence ends

Your brand keeps showing, so a client's site never switches back to Uncoder on its own. The card says Your brand keeps applying: changing the brand needs an active Agency licence, while Turn off white-label always works.
