Buying & your account
Buy Pro or Agency with PayPal or a card, get your licence key, and manage your keys, sites, renewals, upgrades and refunds in your account.

You buy a Pro or Agency licence on uncoderbuilder.com (opens in a new tab). Payment goes through PayPal: pay with your PayPal account or with a card. Your licence key appears as soon as you have paid and arrives by email in the same minute. Your account on uncoderbuilder.com then holds every key you bought, the sites they are active on, and links for billing and upgrades.
Buy a licence
Choose a plan
Open the pricing page (opens in a new tab), choose Yearly or Lifetime and click Get Pro or Get Agency. See Plans for what each includes.
Check your order
The checkout shows Your order: the plan, its sites, what it includes and the Total today. Switch between Pro and Agency, or between Yearly and Lifetime, with the buttons at the top.
Enter your email
Type the address your key should go to in Email for your licence key. Leave it empty to use the email of your PayPal account. This address is also your account on uncoderbuilder.com.
Pay
Click the PayPal button and pay with PayPal or a card. A yearly plan sets up a PayPal subscription that renews once a year; a lifetime plan is a single payment. The page shows Confirming your payment… while PayPal finishes.
Copy your key
The page Welcome to Uncoder Pro (or Agency) shows Your licence key. Click Copy key.
Prices are in US dollars; your bank may convert them. PayPal sends its own receipt for the payment.
The key is also in the email Your Uncoder Pro licence key (or Agency) from hello@uncoderbuilder.com, together with the plan, the amount paid and, for yearly plans, the renewal date. Keep it.
After paying
The thank-you page lists the next three steps:
- Install Uncoder on your site, if you have not yet. See Installation.
- Activate the key under Uncoder → Settings → Licence. See Activate & manage your licence.
- Start building: import a starter site or insert premium sections, then let Make it yours rewrite it for your business.
The thank-you page shows the key only right after paying. Later, find it in the email or in your account.
Your account
Your account lives at uncoderbuilder.com/account (opens in a new tab). There is no password: you sign in with a link sent to the email you bought with.
Ask for a sign-in link
Open your account page, type your email and click Email me a sign-in link.
Open the email
Click Sign in to my account in the email Sign in to your Uncoder account. The link works once, for 30 minutes.
You stay signed in on that browser for 30 days. Click Sign out at the top of the account page to end it sooner. If the page says the link has expired or was already used, ask for a new one.
For each licence, the account page shows:

Free a site from your account
Use this when a site is gone or you cannot reach its WordPress admin any more.
- Sign in to your account.
- Under Sites, click Remove next to the site and confirm.
The site keeps everything it built; the paid features stop there until you activate the key on it again. To free a site you can still open, you can also use Deactivate on this site in its Settings → Licence. See Free a site.
Renewals
- A reminder two weeks before. You get the email Your Uncoder Pro licence renews on … (or Agency) with the date, the amount and how to cancel if you don't want to renew.
- Yearly licences renew by themselves. PayPal takes the payment on the renewal date, you get the email Your Uncoder Pro licence is renewed, and your sites pick up the new year on their own. The key stays the same.
- A week of grace. A yearly licence keeps working for a week after its renewal date, so a payment that PayPal retries does not interrupt anything. If a payment fails, you get an email and PayPal tries again a few days later: check the card or balance of your PayPal account.
- Cancel at any time in your PayPal account, under automatic payments. The account page links there with Manage billing in PayPal. The licence then runs to the end of the year you paid for, and you get an email that confirms the cancellation.
- Lifetime licences never renew and never end.
To renew a licence that has ended, click Renew in your account. This is a new purchase with a new key: on each site, open Settings → Licence, click Enter another key, paste the new key and click Activate.
A refund within 14 days also covers a yearly renewal. See Refunds.
Upgrade from Pro to Agency
Click Upgrade to Agency next to your Pro licence. The checkout opens with Agency selected, yearly or lifetime like your Pro licence. Write to hello@uncoderbuilder.com before you upgrade: what you paid for Pro is credited towards Agency.
The upgrade gives you a new Agency key. On each site, open Settings → Licence, click Change key, paste the Agency key and click Activate. The Pro key stops using a site there.
Refunds
Pro and Agency come with a 14-day refund, yearly renewals included. Write to hello@uncoderbuilder.com, or reply to your key email, within 14 days of a payment and you get the full amount back. PayPal returns it to the account or card you paid with, usually within a few days.
A refund closes the licence and cancels a yearly subscription. Your sites keep everything you built with Uncoder; only the paid features stop. See When a licence ends.
Lost your licence key?
- Search your email for Your Uncoder Pro licence key or Your Uncoder Agency licence key, from hello@uncoderbuilder.com.
- Get it by email. On the account page, click Email me my licence keys (or follow Lost it? Get it by email under Settings → Licence), type the email you bought with and click Email me my keys. Every key of that address arrives in one email.
- Sign in to your account and click Show next to the key.
- Bought with another email? If the account page says No licences for this address yet, click Sign out and sign in with the other address.
Still nothing? Write to hello@uncoderbuilder.com with the email you paid with. The same address helps with invoices and any other question about your purchase.
